My name is Dulsanea, owner and operator of a quality e-commerce Pet Travel Products store. The store’s name is Travelin’ Paws and the location is on line- http://www.TravelinPaws.com Our products are directly shipped from several warehouses within the USA.
What type of business do you own?
Pet Travel Products for pets that are traveling by any means of transportation including cars, boats, airplanes, trains & bicycles. We provide products to help keep your beloved pets safe, comfortable and happy!
What type of products do you make/sell?
We sell Brand Names of Pet Carriers, Pet Strollers, Car Barriers, and Pet Car Seats, as well as Electronic Portable Fences, Dog GPS Tracking Systems and Dog Treadmills.
What is your top 3 best selling items?
RoamEO PUP GPS Tracking System, Euro Car Barriers and PetRun 710 Treadmills.
What makes your business and/or your products different than your competitors?
We feel that having a specific niche in the pet product industry, i.e., Pet Travel Products, (for on-line purchases) makes it easier for our customers to view TravelinPaws.com with ease as well as detailed descriptions of product information which helps to make a good decision for themselves and their pets.
Furthermore, we have chosen specific products and their manufacturers that hold the highest standards in quality for the consumer while providing the current technology to help keep pets safe, healthy and balanced.
Our pricing is always on sale, plus we provide weekly coupons/discounts for those that join our Travelin’ Paws Club.
Add that, plus our Customer Service Department. We are available by direct contact by phone as well as easy access in sending an email for questions or comments. Many of our customers need their product(s) sooner than later, given the fact they may be working with travel departure dates and times and we have an awesome track record of making sure their products arrive in the time frame needed.
We take pride in assisting our customers so that their trip is a positive journey for both the pet(s) and their mom or dad!
What inspired you to start your own business?
We love pets and love to care for them! We’ve always wanted to provide people with a resource of products that are functional as well as comfort and safety while they travel. Staying safe in our daily travels is always important to us and we just wanted to extend that to all the pet lovers and their beloved companions as an online business! We also know how important it is to provide up-to-date articles regarding the many aspects of traveling with your pet(s) which is why we have an article area and a LINKS area that provide additional resources for our customers and visitors.
How do you manage your schedule around your children?
Our babies are all 4 legged cats at the present time. In the past, we’ve had up to 4 dogs and 9 cats! But right now, with our 4 cats, managing our time is pretty simple.
How long have you been in business?
Travelin’ Paws has been in operation since May 2009
