How do you manage your schedule around your children?
I am able to schedule personal appointments around our schedule. I work during the day while my daughter is in school and my business is such, that I can take my daughter with me.

What makes your business and/or your products different than your competitors? All the monies made go to feed & care for the animals we rescue here on our ranch.
What inspired you to start your own business? I stay home, run the ranch & care for the animals daily. I wanted a way to help my husband bring money in for the expenses & bills here.
How do you manage your schedule around your children? My kids are older now so they can do things for themselves now and they help out a LOT around the ranch with the chores & critters.
How long have you been in business? We’ve been here on the ranch going on 3 years now.
Are there any new products coming soon that we can get a sneak peek of? Not off the top of my head other than a photograph that I haven’t taken yet. I also sell Avon & Cello in a Box & am looking to start another business.

My kids learned to respect mommy’s boundaries and that I had to work sometime and I was not going to drop everything to cater to their every wish. I believe that Family can learn to respect that work is work. And if I told them if Mommy was no allowed to work she would have to get a job outside of home and they would be in Day Care. Now my boys are grown one is in college and the other is in middle school.

I have been in and out of businesses all my life since I was 19 yrs old. Have worked outside the home too.

What type of products do you sell? Wonderful, affordable, mineral makeup, skincare, and body products.
What is your favorite 3 products from this company? Sheer Glow Foundation (our lightest coverage formula, good for less mature skin and teens, has the ‘glow’ without the bismuth oxychloride that is found in a lot of traditional mineral makeup formulas, is very lightweight), Pink Grapefruit Facial Scrub (this awesome scrub has the texture of a very thick cream, however when you add water, it lathers slightly to gently cleanse your face), and the Veil (Veil is a finishing powder for your minerals 
Veil helps to give that airbrushed finish look…and you can also use it by itself on days when you don’t want to go the “full monty” but still want to polish things up a bit).
What makes this company and/or its products different than its competitors? A lot of companies offer mineral makeup, but this one specializes in it. It is a woman-owned business, and the owner still makes everything to order herself. Also, these products are much less expensive than other brands of mineral makeup.
What inspired you to join this company? I tried some samples, and absolutely loved them, I knew I’d be crazy not to join. Now I am enjoying sharing the products with friends so they can see how truly wonderful they are.
How do you manage your schedule around your children? I have a wonderful husband! (I also work outside of the home and rep another direct sales company besides this one.)

What is your favorite 3 products from this company? – I love the breast cancer candles, because they are for such a GREAT cause, and I like our Inspirations line of candles because they have alot to say and make great gifts, and then I LOVE our Isty Bitsy candles, they are 1 oz and just adorable.
What makes this company and/or its products different than its competitors? I have been in direct sales for 13 yrs and never been with a company that is so caring, the owners get on the conference calls and ask our opinions and really listen. It’s a great change.
What inspired you to join this company? I love candles & was very excited about this company it was a great ground floor opportunity, there was less then 400 consultants in the US and Puerto Rico when I joined. Also they offered some great things to the consultants and customers, we have free shipping on all parties over $150.00. They also have a fundraising program and they give the groups 51% profit and they also get FREE shipping, PLUS the company pays for all the packets that are needed for the fundraiser.
How do you manage your schedule around your children? My kids always come first, that’s why I got into direct sales to begin with, you just can’t let your calendar control you, you have to put your family and their activities first !
How long has this company been in business? They just started the home party division in 2007 but our parent company For Every Body has been in business for almost 15 yrs.

My last child, as soon as he could walk, he was escaping from everything.. I could not go anywhere in the car or a stroller with out my little guy figuring a way to escape.How do you manage your schedule around your children?
I just have to tell myself, enough is enough work. Being online and running an online business, I find it’s real easy to get wrapped around the hours and put a lot of time in. Some days, orders will come in and I think, have to do one more for today and then before I know it, it’s midnight and the kids have gone to bed. My cut off time right now is 6pm, anything after 6pm can wait until tomorrow because I want my family to feel they are most important in my life. My customers are important, but I had to keep telling myself this. How long have you been in business?

Funny you should ask this, YES, I just invented a child proof diaper cover up, that I call “Beehind Diaper Cover Ups”.. what is so neat about this diaper cover up is that the functions work from “Beehind” instead of in the front. This way babies can’t remove their diapers at the most inconvenient time. Everything is from behind the baby.. great for parents who are tired of waking up to a messy bed and child after nap time and after night time.
Took me awhile to figure this product out and to have it patent pending. But I am sure once it is available for sale on line through Baby Huggables, it will be one of those staples of baby products that parents must have. And others thinking, why didn’t I think of that.

I never took a sewing class in my life. I took four (4) years of art while in High School and two (2) private years of art as well. But if someone had ask me while in my early 20′s, if this is what my life would be like in my mid 40′s, I probably would of fallen off a chair. I have no engineer back ground.. my inspiration came from my last son who is now 5.5 years old. I give all my credit to God, who gave me the talent to really look at the needs of parents and figure out a way to create something in to something parents can use.
